Codex Skin is an independent visual customization product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. Current preset and custom-image themes are available free of charge. Optional support helps fund compatibility updates and future features for the supported macOS release.

Acceptable use

You must have the right to use images you upload. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious material. Theme packages cannot contain executable JavaScript.

Compatibility

Routine updates are designed to reapply compatible themes. Major structural updates may trigger safe fallback until compatibility is restored. No promise is made that every future Codex release will be immediately compatible.

Warranty

The software is provided as available. The restore and uninstall commands are the supported recovery paths.
