Refund policy.

If Codex Skin cannot be installed on a supported Apple Silicon or Intel Mac because of a technical issue we cannot resolve, request a refund within 14 days of purchase at hello@getcodexskin.com.

Include the purchase email and the non-sensitive output from the doctor command. Do not send API keys, project files, conversations, or payment card details.

Refunds are not available for unsupported platforms, unauthorized image use, or a simple preference change after successful installation, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
